Just want to thank all of you for your support. Back in late March a disk or something finally gave out in my neck. From that point until surgery in November I was in constant pain, and was often getting only 3-4 hours of sleep a night. Pain medicines didnt help. Nothing touched it. Once we finally got full diagnosis in September I had about 1.5 months to wait for surgery. Recovery from the neck was going great, but then I had (probably all the body stress) a bout of pseudo gout, which means my joints filled with fluid, were inflamed, even warm to the touch and extremely painful. At any rate. December was a tough tough month..... January has been a time of slowly recovering. Have the med I need to keep the arthritis thing (pseudo gout) at bay, neck is recovering super fast... and I am happy to say that this weekend is the closest I have felt to normal since last April.... So nice to have turned the corner in terms of not only pain, but also energy. To all who put up with me Helped cover my normal activities and all the rest thank you...... hopefully this place of feeling normal will continue for a while... Peace, Stephen
