Just want to throw out a huge great job to all the bad asses in the 4pm class. I always throw some killer azz wods at them and they step up with no question and no complaining at all. We are coming very close to the end of are straight cycle and today we maxed out on are clean and jerk. We have about 10 bad azzes that usually come on a normal bases and out of the 10 we had 8 PR today with the other 2 coming really close . Krista hit a nice PR at 145, Summer and Nicki at 175lbs, Albert,Rudy, and jermy are now at 210,Farmer jon hit a real nice PR at 230lbs you to think every one of these guy are weighing in at less then 170lbs thats crazy. Congressional to everyone keep up the great work! !!!!! Everyone should come watch me this weekend compete at the sickest of the southwest this weekend and nicki takes on kongfest on the 20th come show your support! !!!
