Just wanted to drop a quick note about this photograph that I took at PN14. Ive received numerous message regarding: Do I have the rights to sell this, Wow $40.00 USD is quite expensive for a print. I just wanted to clear the air. I am a freelance photographer and I do this (at least try) for a living. I freelance for the Magazine group Team Rock (among others) - One magazine in this family is the PROG Magazine (maybe some of you have read this publication). This photo was used in the April issue of the magazine (and a few other times on their websites). I also offered it to Transatlantic to use, which they have on their website/facebook page, but didnt go any further than that. I did get an OK to sell it. Believe me if I didnt I wouldnt sell it. I am a huge TA fan as well as a even bigger Mike P and Neal M fan, and wouldnt do anything to jeopardize the small relationship that Ive built to this point. As far as cost goes, believe me I am not making a ton of cash off this. I wanted to offer it to those that were on the cruise as well as those that I now consider my friends. To show that Im not making much and just selling it a bit above cost here is a break down of those costs (just to show Im an open book). I work with a very reputable printer near me and the cost to do a non standard size is around $23.00 per print, ebay (if you havent sold on ebay its not cheap anymore) now charges 10% of the cost of the product as well as 10% on the shipping (I know thats a scam) so each print ebay charges me almost $5.00 USD. Im using Paypal to receive payments - Not sure if anyone knows this fact, but Paypal now charges fees on transfer into an account now. thats almost $2.00 per-transaction. Add the shipping materials $2.30 youll see the cost is $32.30 USD. As you can see (for a photographer trying to make a living) Im not making much off these prints. I did this totally for PN14 fans, TA FANS and new friends that I met because of this great unbelievable event....
