Just wanted to invite All the Forcefit athletes to participate in the Strength games. The strength games is a team event that will test your strength, endurance, and teamwork. The winners of the competition will receive the title of Force12 Team of the month and will be honored with a ceremony at the force12 Potluck/BBQ that we will have sometime soon. Bring your A game guys its going to be hard. Strength games consist of. MAX 5 one rep max exercises. Max on bench, squat, deadlift, bentover row and military press. individual weights will be added to get a team weight. REP a 3 minute As many reps as possible for bench, squat, deadlift, bentover row and military press at a designated weight based on bodyweight. individual reps will be added to get a team rep count. WOD 1 timed circuit workout. individual times will be added to get a team time. Timed workout circuit 3 sets as fast as possible with good form. ➢ 5 squats ➢ 5 bench press ➢ 5 deadlifts ➢ 10 push press ➢ 5 front squat to push press ➢ 5 cleans ➢ 5 assisted pullups
