Just wanted to let everyone of our awesome customers know that on the 27th of this month will be my last day, the Japanese Kitchen will continue on under new ownership with a great Hibachi Chef, i however will be moving on and will keep you all informed as to the next adventure as soon as possible, i want to take the time though to thank all of our loyal and outstanding customers that i have had the honor to cook for over the past couple years and thank you for your dedication to our great restaurant, it was not a planned event for my departure and am certainly saddened to be leaving however i assure you the reasons are of the utmost importance i hope you all understand and again i hope to be starting something excellent for you all in the very near future, the fans of the restaurant are certainly amazing and i thank you all for the years of dedication to it i also want to thank my amazing staff for if it wasnt for your dedication we would have never made it this far so thank you both Salina and Sabrina for how hard you bust your tail for me everyday, as i mentioned before my last day will be friday the 27th of this month so i hope to cook for all of you a few times before then and i thank you once again (with all the gratitude in the world, Chef David Vignoe)
