Too often, after I log on, I get upset, feelings hurt, read peoples posts (that should have been kept private), etc. To be honest, I have caught myself spending way too much time just being nosey! My child recently got her feelings hurt over something she saw posted, so I feel like now is the time to pull out of the social media rat race.
