Just wanted to make a serious comment for once. Raising a kid is one of the hardest jobs ever! If you try to teach them to do the right thing and be nice it seems that they become a target for bullying.So many parents get caught up in the drama of their kids and dont look at the big picture. I dont expect any child to have to put up with being pushed around by another kid but the fact that their parents feed the fire is beyond me! it needs to start at home then at school. Schools and parents need to come together to try to solve this problem. I know this may seem childish but do you realize what a better world we could be making.....our kids are our future. If every kid looked at their classmate as a doctor saving the life of our child or grandchild.....or the one at the bank helping use when times are down.....or the person who is taking care of our mother or father in a nursing home. This may seem selfish but if you think about it and what the outcome maybe then maybe not.I was tormented by a classmate that is now a teacher and a parent and I often wonder if he remembers what he done to me and how much he hurt me. Its been almost 30 years now and I have not forgotten. His actions as a kid scarred me forever. I wonder what he would do now if someone treated his child as he did me. This person is a local person and I ask myself what would I do if he asked me to cut his hair....I know me and I would do the best job I could because that is who I am and what I have become in spite of the hurt. Please teach your kids to be a good person, even if they are 4 or 5 years old, we have only to gain a better world!!!
