Just wanted to send my thanks to everyone who supported me during the last 5 weeks throughout 25 days of radiation. My love and heartfelt thanks go to my husband Ed who got up every morning for 25 days in one of the most brutal winters in memory to make sure I got to the hospital for my treatment. Ill always remember him eating his breakfast sandwich in the parking lot of the HSC! My thanks go out to so many - certainly to God for without my faith I would be nothing and then to everyone associated with the Cancer Center and my doctors, Ill never forget your kindness. To my sister Lynne who spent those 5 weeks with me on Bell Island - you were truly a blessing; to my friend Heather who was always there for us, to the ladies of the BI Breast Cancer Group, and to friends and family around the world who rallied with their prayers. You all helped get me through this phase of my life and I hope Ill remain in your prayers as I wont know the results of the radiation therapy till I see Dr. Tompkins on June 3rd. God bless each and every one of you and your families.
