Just wanted to share a memory I had while I was in the shower, it made me smile and put a tear in my eye. Back when I was in the homeless shelter around December of that year, this older lady Kim told me she would give me 5$ for Christmas if I got an A on a upcoming test in school. I got the A and she could not of had much more than that 5 she gave me, I wanted to get a pizza to share with me her & my mom and went to get that 5 and I figured I had lost it. I cried for about a hour before I realized it was in a old pants pocket. Needless to say that was one of the best holidays I have ever had. Just remember, the small things in life are amazing you know ?
