Just wanted to share this with the community to support anyone in need of affordable housing Studio apartment near pico & robertson available for 6 month minimum lease starting April 1st, 2014. But can only show today and tomorrow. Has a small outdoor garden area shared between this apt, the adjoining studio next door and the apartment upstairs. The kitchen is super small with a 2 burner electric stove and 1/2 size fridge and the bathroom is a good size. Has new parquet type floor and a built-in heater.. only $650 a month including utilities!! AT&T Wireless internet is already set up and Im pretty sure I can transfer the account to the next renter if youre interested.. the bill is about $40 a month.. Its cozy, the owners are very kind and responsive.. street parking is easy, I never have trouble finding a spot close by.. the neighbors are friendly, the price is right and overall it feels very safe and family-like.. its a good place surrounded by good people.. im leaving to travel so Im giving it up.. but could be good for you!.. if you think so.. let me know and come by to check it out.. thanks!!
