Just wanted to update my peeps regarding my spider bite infection. While my emergency room trip had its horrifying aspects, I am so very grateful to what Im lovingly calling the Jeannies Jams support system. Liz Toshikian Ettinger, who with tough love and dedication dropped everything to be with me in the e.r. when I was so scared...Marcia Bryant & her sweet hubbie who nursed me for 2 days including washing my hair & making sure I was comfy. Christian Guenther who cared for my bite b4 the ER & who helped keep the JamStand going including schlepping mega jams, Karina Garcia who usually assumes that role and whos friendship and support Ive come to depend on. I am so grateful for you all...what would I have done without you! Second doc trip today to see how Im healing..finally have less pain. Cant wait to get back to the kitchen!!
