Just was down at the church to work on the donations for the thrift shop. Learned that we had two nice services for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and a baptism of two youngsters on this last Sunday with lots of family and friends present. The thrift shop was neat and tidy after the frenzy of two days before and two days after Christmas. And, new donations to make your shopping continue to be fun. In fact there are several embroidered suede jackets in small and extra small. Might just make your New Years Eve outfit. We will be removing Christmas items from the shelves but if you want them they are yours for free!!! If you feel guilty (dont!) you can give a us a donation or dry champagne. Time to get back into the swing of things. We received several new donations of diapers for Carolyns place as well as a donation of washcloths and soap and shampoo. It is fun to pay it forward with such a small thing that makes life easier for someone else. Hope to see your tomorrow or Saturday.
