Just watched the Michelle Tittler Headdress video and she promotes ending race based law with a hate based blog. Her fallacies include creating a mob mentality by picking out a characteristic of Aboriginal which is not representative of the whole community and also appeals to authority that is she speaks as though she has a strong argument although not providing evidence of her qualifications to speak on any matter regarding natives. This narrow minded logic lacks the construct of academic dialogue. Understand that you who read and watch the tons of information online you should never accept anything as truth without asking questions about the evidence that the reasoning is based on. Even me. Do not engage in arguments of opinion but rather look at the evidence supporting the argument. The reason why Aboriginals have specific privileges is because Non-Aboriginals established institutions that gave them power indirectly creating disadvantages economically, culturally and politically for Aboriginals. Universalism and Particular ism in any field must always coexist in contention there is a paradox because you cannot ever fully unite or dissect knowledge into its smallest parts. An opinion will never be right and not worth arguing forever. So leave her argument with her as long as she carries on and proceeds her path will get narrower until she gives in to truth and creativity. A truly united Canada cannot be when there is one class finding fault in another.
