Just watched the first take outlook on the OKC v MIA game last night. Heres what I take for it. 1. Stephen A. Smith was wrong about the talent KD and LeBron has. LeBron has future hall of fames, first round picks, seasoned vets, former all-stars. Where KD is playing with Derek Fisher, Kendrick Perkins and kids 2-3 years out of college experience. Its NOT in KDs favor 2. I love how they pointed out how LeBron took advantage of Thabo and Perry guard in contrast to KD where he shot (2-6). KD made 22 of his 33 against the King 3. Im hearing a lot of excuses on the Current Champions. Bullshit on how LeBron wasnt fully prepared this season with his marriage in the offseason. Ladt I check theyre 2nd in the East (which isnt saying much). 4. The reference to Ruckers Park was perfect 5. Yesterday proved yet again that Mike Miller leaving was bigger then most people though. You have Ray Allen and Shane Baittier playing more minutes and they were mostly productive off the bench. 6. I hate the talks that Westbrook should be traded and that they address the same things Ive been saying all year. 21-4 is still 21-4. Hes been playing better ball and The only difference is that Durant averages 28ppg when Westbrook plays to the 31ppg hes doing now. Hes still getting touches and theyre still winning games. 7. The Heats second half schedule will be interesting to watch. And ill still say Both New York team could take the Heat to a 7 game series and pull an upset. 8. With the Spurs taking bumps and falls, it seriously looks like the Thunder have the best chance of coming out the West. Portland still has a way to go as an all around team. They shoot lights out with the amount of 3s they make regularly but they cant rebound with Robin Lopez as a center. GS only issue is defense. I just cant see a team with Dwight Howard on it ever winning anything, Sorry Harden. The Clippers still need to prove they can get out the first round. They shouldnt have lost to the Grizzles in the first round last year, they make no sense. The Grizzles just....no theyre just playoff fillers. The rest of this year will be fun to watch!
