Just watched this video and OMG! I still have a long road ahead of me on my health and fitness journey but I told myself I wanted to do this program when it came out. Im gonna be totally honest ... Im scared to death. But thats not going to stop me. One thing I wanted to accomplish on my fitness journey was a flat tummy. Ive never had one. In 28 years (or at least as far back as I can remember) Ive always had the pooch. Im bound and determined to lose my pooch before I turn 30. Its kind of like that country song my next 30 years.
