Just when I felt as if I couldnt handle much more, I decided to do dog training with Jasmine. I thought I might have pushed myself over the edge. However, Mandy, at Country Animal Hospital, convinced me to try a clicker. Wow! Am I ever having fun and results, especially with Jasmine who is food-motivated. She and Mazie both know sit, stay, wait, and come. However, its at their will. Now, they know that if they obey a command, they will immediately hear the clicker and a treat will be quickly administered. Hopefully, we can get a video of a training session. They are so cute together, as Mazie pretty much follows what Jasmine does, as it works for Jasmine. Too cute, those two! Sharing for Judy Leavitt-Perry. This was the best move I could have made, and, ironically, at the best time for me. It relieves stress in more than one way.
