Just when I thought it was safe to go back in the water..... I was taking a nap on the couch and the mail carrier banged on the door. I jumped up being jarred awake and tripped over my shoes and fell across the living room floor. Yep fell again. Pulled muscles in my foot, hip, ribcage and shoulder on the left side and my head is hurting probably from my neck being whiplashed....so....I am going back to the ice packs and pouting.
