There are income restrictions and purchase price restrictions, but if you are looking for a home under $417 and dont make more the $123k combined, there is a great option out there for you if you dont have a down payment. If your next question is what about Mortgage Insurance? Dont worry that is very low too. This is a great program if you meet the requirements.
