Just wish to remind all that people who are sending there resume to us need to be thorough with there Engineering background.We determine applicants based on 5 major criteria: i)Applicant should be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Engineering principles ii)Demonstrate practical application of Engineering knowledge and expertise iii)Leadership and management skills of a group or team(this might be course group project) iv)Communication and Interpersonal skills v)Professional Conduct of Engineer. Based on our current recent experience most people are able to narrate something on first topic and they struggle with remaining topics.Minimum 3 out of 5 score is needed to qualify through our interview process.Another point of serious concern is lack of communication and interpersonal skills .
