Just witnessed a horrific car accident...1-2 seconds I would have been under the the car that flew off a parked car coming down 10th Street while I was coming up 10th. I thought she was pulling over to let me pass through the narrow street (with cars on both sides of street), but she rolled up and over the parked car on her right, moving the parked car completely up on the lawn and going the other way, and she landed upside down. I put my flashing lights on, and ran to the car while calling 9-1-1. She was talking and said she was the only one in the car, and that she was OK. She pulled herself out of the car. Her car was horizontal on the street, and also hit the car across the street. I asked if she was hurt anywhere besides her nose, and she told me to go away and wait for the authorities. They all came and she admitted she was TEXTING! I thank God for sparing me, but the more I think of everything, the more I want to give her a piece of my mind.
