Justin Compton grew up to humble roots in Kentucky. He first - TopicsExpress

Justin Compton grew up to humble roots in Kentucky. He first competed in 2008 as a Teen, winning his class and the overall. A few years later, he earned his pro card at the 2012 Nationals by winning the heavyweight class. Taking time to allow his body to grow, he took the IFBB Pro League by storm winning the 2014 Europa Orlando SuperShow to qualify for the 50th Anniversary of Joe Weider’s Olympia. Instead Justin took off the rest of the year to make the improvements necessary to compete with the best physiques in the world. Muscular Development followed Justin at home in Kentucky with The Pro Creator® Hany Rambod as they trained together, focusing on the areas Compton most needs to improve (back, calves, hamstrings, chest) with the goal to win the 2015 Arnold in March. This is an inside look at one of the foremost trainers in the world, in combination with one of the most promising athletes to compete in the sport of bodybuilding in recent years. Learn about his training with downloadable workouts, supplementation and diet program as he gets dialed in for Columbus before he takes off for Australia in back to back competitions to start the new year. In the final episode of the series, you will see Justin as big as you will have ever seen him a few weeks out from the Arnold.
