K...first Happy Thursday! Not jumping gun, but i have only had one cigarette today, i vaped all day...but main reason im sharing(hope you all have eaten, if not, might wanna stop reading) is because i usually smoke like 6 cigarettes before i leave for work, and usually race to make it to toilet that many times also, BUT ONLY POOPED ONCE ALL DAY!!! And i never knew if it was cigarettes or crap that i ate that makes my stomach messed up along with the colitis, but idk, today was a learning step n made progress...not sure what will happen, but felt good about today n i hate getting my hopes up but i wanted to share this with my buddies...Smile! I Love You!!!
