K-j needs help: . Hi can I ask: if many of you suffer with insomnia and what do you take for it or find helps? Its currently 2:30am and once again Im twiddling my thumbs. I have two young children my 5 year old is SPD and ASD plus I have a 2 year old they sleep really well, but I dont sleep and then it hits me right in the peak of day. My fatigue gets so bad I feel almost drunk. I tried amitryptaline (excuse spelling) and it knocked me out so much even on a small dose and after 12 hours taking it my words are asleered im not full alert and have rubbish co-ordination. I cant go on like this im mentally exhausted! Advice would be greatly welcomed. Thank you
