But dealing with Ruto scatters the Rift Valley votes basket. Solution, create a power struggle between Gideon and Ruto. So that in the absence of Ruto, Gideon takes over as the default Rift Valley leader even though Gideon cant command a huge following like WSR. Fast Foward to 2017. Ruto is out of the picture. That translates to UK loosing majority of Rift Valley votes. Then UK has to find a new basket of votes to get to almost 50+1%. Luos cant vote for him, Kambas will follow the wind and can be swayed easily. Coast is tricky, Maasai and Kisii has no block numbers. He remains with Luhya. Solution, forge a Kikuyu-Luhya unity. After all the two are bantus and can easily connect. Actually maragoli(a luhya sub tribe) and Kikuyu are almost similar in speaking and even behaviour. Maragolis can never vote for another sub tribe at the expense of their own. MaDVD is a maragoli, AFC leopards management is 90% maragoli, etc, etc. Basically a luhya-kikuyu unity is easy. So now, UK has to appease the luhya community in preparation for the unity in 2017. Its simple. Revive Pan Paper, prevent the collapse of Mumias sugar, set up another sugar company in Busia, set up University in Vihiga county, modernise Kakamega town and even make it a city and other 2/3 major things on top of crucial public appointments as you ensure Atwoli remains the SG at COTU. That plus PR - which UKs team has perfected - simply delivers the Luhya vote for UK and in turn Luhya-Kikuyu unity. Most of all Kikuyu can Never vote for Ruto. They say he killed their people in 2007. But they can vote for MaDVD at the absence of a Kikuyu candidate. So in 2022 they will vote for MaDVD for helping them in 2017 and also their will be no strong Kikuyu candidate. After 2022 that is where Gideon Moi comes in as President and Nyayos prophecy becomes a reality.
