KARENS SO RIGHT: As more specific details surface concerning Incognitos bullying behaviors towards Martin, I believe that criminal charges should be brought against him including extortion and harassment, and possibly more, as additional information continues to come to light. I also think that Martin should be brought back to play on the team, while Incognito on the other hand needs to be fired, and get on his knees and pray that he doesnt t wind up in prison. If Martin had snapped due to the unrelenting bullying and pressure he was under, things could have ended really badly. Let this be a lesson learned to all who witnessed Incognitos actions but chose not to speak up and help to end it .Martin needed their support. Bullying should not be tolerated in any workplace environment. Period.
