KATHY GRIFFIN. Another good choice for Host to take over for Letterman could have been Kathy G. There are Comics and then there are Comics and in the realm of Stand up the Greats have been people like Lennie Bruce who can stand up there and as its described in Yiddish SPRITZ interminably, the Comedy just Flows out of them spontaneously without end. And Kathy Griffin got this rare talent also, if anyone has seen her Live stage appearances its amazing how she can go On and On and On and never seems to repeat herself. She was hired by CBS to host their New Years Eve in Times Square show and she turned it into a Strip Tease, leaving for a minute and coming back minus another bit of clothing. Hoo Ha. But CBS requested that she didnt do that in this last New Years eve show and she joked about that also. Kathy is from E Lay and she went to school with Lisa Kudrow who is another fave of mine and in an interview with Lisa on a Talk show she related about how Kathy was already a comic back then to quote, Shed walk right over to a boy and say I saw you looking at my tits, you want to feel them. Ha Ha Classic Kathy Griffin!
