KAZI - Telesales Executive We are currently seeking a passionate and proactive Telesales Executive to join our Techno Brain BPO Call Centre for a period of 3 months with possible extension. You will be responsible for contacting new and lapsed clients across Kenya and will be selling a range of products and services. You will be building a strong rapport with these clients and will be encouraging initial sales as well as repeat business. Responsibilities: • Outbound sales calls • Establish strong working relationships with a range of clients • Achieve call and sales targets • Manage your own work load and time • Offer an exceptional level of customer service to all clients The successful candidate needs to be an energetic, persuasive communicator with a neutral accent who can confidently educate potential and current clients on the range of products.
