Adan Abdullahi Bare (Kenya Juu) breaks records in advancing peace and stability development in Horn of Africa. Somali community leaders traditionally governing sub clans in variable areas of the county clearely confirms that the peace development activist rendered services that geared a change in there life system. A religious elder from Baidoa and a local community governor from Galmudug confirmed that he is the only one (according to the views of the trained community members) so far found with the interest, seriousness and willingness to commits services with objectives to promote recovery in their life system. Born in Wajir county, the activist is brought up in Buna town - the headquarter of Buna district, wajir north constituency.
