KETTLE BRAAI PIZZA Ingredients: 500 grams store-bought bread dough 100 ml Tomato Pesto 160g feta cheese cubed 250 ml fresh mozzarella, cheese 30 ml Robertsons Basil 5 ml Robertsons Garlic Salt 100g baby spinach leaves washed and dried Method: If using a kettle braai, place the lid over the grid and allow ‘oven’ to reach 200°C If using a conventional oven, preheat to 200°C Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface into a free form shape that will fit onto a baking tray that fits into the kettle braai. Place on this floured baking tray. Spread the pizza with tomato pesto. Sprinkle with feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, basil and garlic salt. Bake for 10 - 20 minutes or until golden brown in the kettle braai. Remove from heat and toss the spinach over the pizza before serving.
