KFC coleslaw is one of my all-time favorite foods, After doing some research I found this recipe and I have made it in the past and it is absolutely delicious! It tastes exactly like the stuff KFC makes! KFC COLESLAW Fixings: 8 mugs finely chopped cabbage (approx. 1 head) 1/4 mug destroyed carrot (1 medium carrot) 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar 2 tablespoons minced onion 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 mug mayonnaise 1/4 mug buttermilk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 mug sugar 1/4 mug milk System: 1. Be certain cabbage and carrots are slashed into fine pieces (a bit greater than rice) 2. Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper in great vessel. Beat until smooth 3. Add cabbage, carrots, and onions. Blend well. 4. Cover and refrigerate for no less than 2 hours.
