KIDNEY TRANSPLANT NEEDED Miguel LaSalle, a Deltona, Florida resident, has been undergoing dialysis for the past seven years, receiving energy-draining treat- ments three times each week. In order to achieve his goal of eligibility for a kidney transplant, he must raise a minimum of $6,000. As soon as this is raised, Miguel will be placed on a nationwide kidney recipi- ent’s list, but until his “share of cost” is met he must continue to hope, and return for weekly dialysis treatments.
