Faculty position in Financial Management Essential Qualification: The faculty with basic qualification of M.Com [Finance], MBA [Finance], M.A. [Public Finance], or CA/ICWA (Inter). The faculty needs to have demonstrable experience in the following areas: Minimum three years experience in designing and implementing training and capacity building activities. Minimum three years experience in public finance management including budgeting, accounts keeping and audit. Knowledge of the planning process in local bodies. Ability to build capacity and train various stakeholders of local bodies Good written and oral communication skills in English & Malayalam. Good computer skills Desired: Experience in national/international projects relating to local bodies. Experience and knowledge on the decentralization systems. Contract The contract is intended for a period of one year but likely to be extended based on innovations, if any, evolved during the tenure. The faculty is eligible for a consolidated pay of Rs 25,000 pm; but commensurate with qualification and experience.
