KIMAIYO IS A COMPETENT UNIFORM OFFICER: Guys, i want to make it clear that Inspector General of Police Dr.David Kimaiyo does not have any responsibility on what happened in Mandera on Saturday morning. Kimaiyo is a competent uniform officer whose track record speak for it self. I have heard some people in social media telling Kimaiyo to resign. I have also seen some prominent leaders in social media like Senator Sonko telling of Kimaiyo. We are aware that the current constitution of 2010 is partly to be blamed for what is happening in our nation as far as security is concerned. The constitution have turned a police service in Kenya into a civilian discipline force. The civil society was only interested in taking over the management of police service because of their own vested interests. Kenyans have been held by the constitution. Kimaiyo is competent only that some people are just trying to engage themselves in sideshows and name callings. Not unless convince us that Dr. Kimaiyo was once a cook then his resignation is inevitable. Dont forget that the Inspector General of Police enjoy the Security of Tenure.
