KNOWING GODS VOICE PART 1 I was in an indian company for an interview years ago and while waiting I became very agitated. I engaged myself in an inner talk and I shockingly discover another voice was replying me. It was like a friend to friend talk, I became both excited and afraid, so I felt it could be my spirit man. To verify the voice I heard, I asked within me: is this the Holy Spirit t...alking to me? then I clearly heard this...ONLY A BASTARD DO NOT RECOGNIZE THE VOICE OF HIS FATHER. I started laughing to myself. I replied jokingly too I am not a bastard for I know the voice of my father. I personally do admire pastors and all ministers of God anytime they talk and make reference to how God speak to them. Have you ever heard statement like The Lord spoke to me and said... The Lord instructed me not to... The Lord is leading me to do it.... e.t.c I used to wonder how come God doesnt speak to me too in such a clear and intimate manner? Why cant I boldly declare whatever God speaks to me? How does He even communicate with them? Do you feel like that too my friends? That was my concern few years ago before I experienced how God speaks to His children. Lets have an analysis about how a A telephone operates. Before you can use a telephone system you must make an effort to buy one, get your callers phone numbers, recharge your phone with call credit, charge your battery as regularly needful, carry your phone with you all the time especially if it is a mobile phone and most importantly you have to be properly connected with where the person is to whom we wish to communicate, or it will be of no value to you. If you have a problem with the network system or the connection is broken, or the receiver out of order, it will be useless for us to talk into the transmitter: the person at the other end will hear none of our words. We may speak just the same as though he was hearing, but nothing will be accomplished. There must be a proper connection: there must be a responsive vibration at the other end of the wire. This is also true in Knowing and hearing the voice of God. One of the most important things is to have our ears properly connected with our hearts. We have often heard the expression, It just went in one ear and out of the other. This means that the one who heard, gave no heed. How often this occurs in regard to the things of God as well! Divine messages are pass on to us in the twinkle of an eye, most times in a matter of JUST FEW SECONDS. The message will just suddenly creep in thats why we need to be very sensitive. God can keep prompting our heart to heed to His voice but I think it depends on the nature of the message. Little wonder why some people doesnt seems to make any sense out of us when we claim God spoke to us, we are given that absurd look like: God spoke to you? How? No wonder some singles are having difficulty in knowing Gods will for them in marriage like every other aspects of their lives too. They just cant fathom this whole idea of hearing Gods voice. Follow us in this teaching and God will clear off every distractions and open up your ears to hear Him per time in the name of Jesus.
