All the Patrons, Life Members and Annual Members, wherever they are, can cast their vote for the election of the President of KPM, provided they have paid the membership fee before 10th November,2013 2. President/Secretary and two members (duly authorized by the President of affiliated sabha/zonal committees) (Total four Members) from each affiliated sabhas/zonal committees, can cast their vote for the election of the President of KPM provided they have paid the membership fee before 10th November, 2013 3. Honorary Members cannot hold any office of KPM and hence shall not have any voting rights,but they are welcome to attend AGM, as per the Constitution of KPM (Read clause No. 1.2) 4.
