KT Hammond could not tell exactly who asked him to pay the $3.5m - TopicsExpress

KT Hammond could not tell exactly who asked him to pay the $3.5m to Chris Kpodo. Chris Kpodo witnessed the sale under what he called bizarre circumstances. And signed without reading the documents thoroughly. BOG Governor Kofi Wampah admitted that BOG did not a thorough due diligence on Fortiz before Merchant Bank was sold to the. His reason was that the people behind Fortiz are familiar to him already. MY OPINION How responsible is a Minister who cannot remember who told him to pay our moneys to a particular person. Is KT Hammond lying or covering up for the one who told him to do so. He is a lawyer of no mean status and he is talking this way. Chris Kpodo - really? He just witnessed without careful scrutiny? So he could sign away his life saving without checking if that was the document brought to him to sign. What does he take us for. Wampah. I am simply disappointed. And he is the BOG Boss. God help us. No wonder Commissioner General of GRA also signed away our money to Subah and told his due diligence reduced the money paid to Subah to only ghc74million. These people have not got the interest of this nation at heart. God help us.
