KUZMINSKI:COMPANY CHIEF JAILED OVER BUNG SCANDAL #NEWARK, #NOTTINGHAM; #FAREHAM, #HANTS; #TOWER #HAMLETS A manipulative company boss who paid out nearly £50,000 in bungs to win lucrative contracts with a cash-strapped local authority and the Ministry of Justice has been jailed for just 12 months. Witold Kuzminski, 57, landed his firm #Transaction Analysts Limited with work worth more than £750,000 after forming a corrupt relationship with a crooked associate. Frank Milford, 46, was paid nearly £19,000 in backhanders by #Kuzminski while working in the procurement team for Tower Hamlets Council in 2005.
