CHR Chairwoman Etta Rosales said it is not advisable for Duterte to add fuel to the fire and teach law enforcers the wrong things. This is after Duterte said he would do more than just slap drug pushers but would even drop them in the Davao Gulf if he catches them. Alam mo, sana si Mayor Duterte, wag na lang siyang kumibo kasi nakakaimpluwensiya siya ng hindi magandang impluwensiya.
