Kaizer Chiefs coach Stuart Baxter has told Goal that he doesnt feel any pressure to beat Orlando Pirates when the two giants of South African football meet at the FNB Stadium on Saturday. Baxter is still looking for his first league win over Pirates since taking charge of AmaKhosi last season, and despite losing to Platinum Stars on Wednesday, he revealed that theres no added pressure to bounce back. Why? Why should we feel pressure? I mean every team in the league go through phases. I think the teams at the bottom of the log should feel pressure and not us, Baxter told Goal. Nonetheless, Baxter is hoping to keep his record at the FNB Stadium intact although this is an away clash for his team. The 60-year-old former Bafana coach is yet to lose a league match at the Calabash since the beginning of 2012/13 season. Baxter added that hes expecting his senior players to rise to the occassion, because the outcome of the Derby is unpredictable. We hope so. I have played Derbies all over the world and every derby I have been involved in its never usually what everybody speculate about. Its usually, on the day, the big players performing, and if they dont the team needs get into right frame of mind, get the momentum and then win the game. I think thats going to be the case like it has been in the Pirates Derbies before, concluded Baxter. Meanwhile, Itumeleng Khune has been ruled out of the Soweto Derby due to an ankle injury. The Chiefs skipper is expected to be out for the next three weeks.
