Kale Berry Smoothie 1/3 (4.5 oz) can of nonfat coconut milk, nonfat almond milk or water 1/2 cup organic kale 1 banana, cut into 1/2 inch chunks 1/2 cup frozen berry medley 1 T chia seeds 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 cup ice 1-2 packets Stevia Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until mixed and frothy. Serve immediately. You may want to blend the kale on its own before adding the other ingredients to avoid having chunks of kale
