Kamchatka peninsula. Maybe the only place to surf in the country size 1/8 of all lands on Earth. Russian style surfing at Eastern Siberian North Pacific shores. You ride snowboard down to the shore then just change the gear and go surfing in the icy -2C water and sometimes -20C air.
