Kamisinaujuq Nunavumi Unataqtuksanik/Unalitsajanik aullaqatiqaqattartuq..As Commissioner of Nunavut I traveled with the Canadian Military and meet with local Canadian Rangers, who do a lot of work on behalf of Canadian Military in the Arctic. Here we are in Resolute Bay, Nunavut with my wife Marie in 2004. With Army Cadets in Panniqtuuq(Pangnirtung) and I am used to walking long distances, Colonel McCleod and climbed that big mountain in Panniqtuuq and walked back to town in August 2004. It was a fun hike! Great water up top of the mountain.
