#KarachiAirportAttack : Who is responsible for the Cold Storage Incident? #Army, #ASF , #CAA or Civil Administration? • The airport was declared cleared by LEAs for booby traps and terrorists. • Unfortunately, the deceased souls, who were entrapped inside cold storage, no one could rescue them. • The building, in which Cold storage was located, it was under fire. It is common sense that no terrorist would take a hide in such a place. Even in cold storages, where no living person would want to spend a considerable time, because of the temperature, which can take away life within minutes. • The fire brigade was already handling the situation, therefore the premises’ responsibility and to rescue any person inside was primarily on civil administration. • Responsibility to ensure the head count of Airport staff and any private company working inside premises of airport is responsibility of CAA and Airport security. • After the operation, LEAs (Rangers, ASF and Army) cleared off the area as per SOP and declared it clear from all “terrorists” and “booby traps”. • For headcount, LEAs rely on the input of staff of the building, as the employees belongs to them. It should be asked that whether LEAs ensured it from the authorities of Airport? • Every organization have a department which deals with the in and out of employees, sub contractors, private companies and their employee’s head count. It works in close contact with admin and Control rooms. Why they didn’t raise the flag about these 8 persons, if the clearance by LEAs was asked from them? • Putting it in the account of LEA is depiction that reporters who are reporting are not aware of SOPS and that they are trying to distract attention of a successful opt to a failure, that to, by blaming LEAs. • It is also to be seen, from which media house, these reporters mainly belong? • And above all it is also to be seen and investigated, who is responsible for this negligence, due to which 7 souls couldn’t be rescued in time. #Pakistan #KarachiAirport
