Karanasan ng isang Pet Owner sa isang Vet Clinic ___________________________ Goodpm Admin, I just want to express my disappointment to angles pet clinic. Few days ago We rush our pet because he was extremely ill. Upon arrival the vet ordered oxygen and administer iv line and some antibiotic and was advised to confine my pet for further observation. Few hours later weve seen progress my pet turned lively again and were confident that we can have him home the following morning. They charged us 1500 php for the treatment and we expect them to provide all the necessary treatment my dog needs so I confined my pet there. 10 pm my brother called for update and they said hes doing fine and active. The next day, We expect my dog to be discharge early in the morning but things went wrong without us knowing, 3 AM my dog had seizure, NO VET! and this made me angry! We paid for the vet service but how come there is NO VET on duty knowing there is a confined dog! regardless of the dogs progress good or bad there should be a standby vet because theres a patient. Same rule apply to all healthcare facility. Secondly, My pet had seizure 3am but they didnt notified us ASAP! what kind of service is this? We, Pet owners dont bother to be disturb! we treat our pet as our own so we want updates as soon as possible especially times like this, the hell! and LASTLY, late notification! 7AM the hell it is!? 4 hours has passed? and they will tell us you dog is gone!? that is the most heartbreaking news ever! we wanted to be on their side but the hell with the service! my pet is now gone and you informed us 4 hours late! and now were dealing with his sudden lost, negligence from this clinic who fail to provide optimum care! Im so soo disappointed and in pain dealing with his lost! Now I want to share this to all the pet owners within the city to avoid it from happening again. And if it manage to reach the management of this clinic, piece of advice, IMPROVED or might as well just be a pet parlor. Forgive me admin if i burst out my anger in this letter, im so so hurt, I lost a ver good friend, as family, a Son. I hope you can help me post this without my identity to alarm other pet owners, It is so painful to loose them not because of accident or illness but because of human negligence.
