Later, Karen wanted to expand her professional skills so she started working for a large property management company as an office assistant. She quickly realized that she wanted to work with the property owners and so she became a part of the management and sales team. After graduating from California State University in Sacramento, California, Karen worked in the field of graphic design, marketing and art sales. Her journey to Florida began 3 years ago when she decided to move from California, “The Golden State,” to Florida, “The Sunshine State,” to be with family and enjoy coastal living. Outside the work place, Karen enjoys all water sports and recreation – including boating, water skiing and fishing. “Someday soon,” said Karen, “I hope to add surfing to that list!” She also appreciates the fine arts, music, local events and eateries.
