Koenigs 5:38pm Jan 9 According to Article IV Section 4 a representative DEMOCRACY is ILLEGAL, as the States, who created the Federal Government, were guaranteed a REPUBLICAN form of Government, meaning that our elected Republican and Democrat usurpers are limited to the EIGHTEEN limited powers and spending privileges DELEGATED to them as enumerated under Article I Section 8, of The Constitution, pursuant to the Supremacy clauses of Article VI clauses 2 and 3, as well as pursuant to the TENTH Amendment. =============================================== Article IV Section 4: Section 4 - Republican government The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Article VI Supremacy clauses 2 and 3: This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which -->shall be made IN PURSUANCE thereofshall be the supreme Law of the Land
