Karl Rove is a Republican in 2014. So expect Rove to start pushing for a full-on Congressional inquiry into whether the Secretary of State suffered brain damage during the end of 2012. Hell, you might even hear him suggest that Clintons fall was all orchestrated by the Obama administration to have a plausible way to remove her from the spotlight in the wake of Benghazi. Im not kidding; these are the people who still to this day think that she had something to do with Vince Fosters death. These are the same people who think Obama has a secret Kenyan birth certificate locked away in the Lincoln bedroom. They dont deal in reality, so expect Rove to ignore or outright cast doubt on the medical findings of Hillarys doctor if his internal polling starts showing the Hillary has brain damage story line has legs among Republican voters.
