Placed the order, got the box in the post 2/3 days later, posted the frame along with copy of prescription and 2 days later, got everything back. The most important thing during the whole process was the customer service provided by the staff. Every email was replied within literally a few minutes and exceptional quality of work carried out. I am never going to use any of the high street opticians now (probably only to get the eyesight checked). Excellent value for money, service and quality of work. Highly recommended to everyone (with weak eyesight of course).
