Kashmir University Students’ Union (KUSU) wants to make it clear, as per its constitution, that it has no affiliation with any organization. The inclusion of KUSU in J&K Coalition of civil society (JKCCS) event, International Human Rights Day, is not approved by KUSU in any way whatsoever. KUSU disassociates itself from the event and KUSU is not part of JKCCS. KUSU has its own values, understanding and thinking and will remain the same. In no way does KUSU specifically share its aspirations with any organization in Kashmir. KUSU hereby asks JKCCS to remove KUSU from the event, KUSU told Sach News in a Press Statement.
