Kashmiris engaged in Mundane Subjects and Facades of talks: DAK 22/08/2014 Srinagar, President Doctors Association Kashmir (DAK) Dr Nisar ul Hassan today in a statement said that Kashmiris are engaged in mundane subjects in a well planned conspiracy to deviate them from core issue of Kashmir. The debate on abrogation of Article 370 which is legitimizing the fraudulent instrument of accession and converting it into a merger document is meaningless to Kashmiris. Those who entangle Kashmiris in this non-issue must understand that it will automatically go once Kashmir dispute is settled. Kashmiris are engaged in facades of talks which is part of a larger game plan. Kashmiris get swayed by political rhetoric and agree discussing alternatives thus diluting the issue. Kashmiris have been talking for more than six decades now and there is no change in status quo. Kashmir is a tormented country entwined in between politics of two countries. Kashmir has become a commodity used for political gains in two countries. India and Pakistan are preferring trade over the solution of long pending Kashmir dispute which has endangered peace and security of the whole region. t is lack of inclusiveness and no strategy that is prolonging the miseries and sufferings of people of Kashmir.
